KYOCERA Fineceramics Medical GmbH produces ceramic femoral heads for hip replacement implants in Waiblingen, Germany. As part of the global Kyocera Group, we combine experience in advanced ceramics with a production site in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing
- Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders and support operational purchasing
- Prepare and follow up on requests for quotations
- Review quotations, order confirmations and contracts
- Monitor delivery dates and outstanding order confirmations
Accounting
- Review, process and post incoming invoices and credit notes
- Monitor outstanding items in close coordination with the team
Order Processing & Logistics
- Support administrative processes in purchasing and order processing
- Assist with logistics processes
Processes & Development
- Maintain master data
- Help improve and develop purchasing and accounting processes
Your Profile
Qualifications
- Completed commercial or business administration training
- Confident use of common MS Office applications
- Good written and spoken German
- Initial experience in purchasing, accounting or order processing is an advantage, but not essential. Candidates changing career paths are welcome.

Nice-to-Have
- Experience with an ERP system
