We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d) to support our commercial growth in the orthopedic implant market. In this role, you will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, engaging with international customers, surgeons, and clinical experts. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Support lead generation, opportunity qualification, and pipeline development
Maintain active communication with international B2B customers and partners
Coordinate and prepare customer meetings, calls, and follow-ups
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Act as a commercial contact for customers, including surgeon-facing stakeholders
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships in a professional and confident manner
Support interactions with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinical experts
Sales Operations & Coordination
Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals
Support negotiations related to pricing, contracts, NDAs, and commercial terms
Maintain structured sales documentation and CRM-based reporting
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Management
Support internal alignment between technical and commercial requirements
Events & market Presence
Participate in international trade fairs, congresses, and customer events (e.g. AAOS, AAHKS, surgeon meetings)
Qualifications
At least 2 years of customer-facing commercial experience (e.g., sales, business development, account management)
Fluent English (German is a strong plus)
Experience in B2B sales or technical / solution-oriented sales environments
Interest in medical technology, orthopedics, or regulated industries…
